We met Chris after relocating to Columbus in 1998. I was given a referral list by a relocation company and after talking to a half dozen realtors we chose to go with Chris simply because he seemed to be the most knowledgable. At that point in time we knew nothing about how a real estate transaction worked or what to expect. After working with Chris and discussing our goals he was able to find us the perfect home. His knowledge of the Central Ohio market as well as his expertise in the whole buying and selling process made it an exciting and enjoyable experience. Every step of the way it was evident that he had our best interests in mind, and that meant everything to a young couple just starting out. Since then, Chris has represented us in 3 real estate transactions (both as a buyer and a seller) and we look forward to working with him again soon with the confidence of having a true expert in our corner.
