I started the buying process probably like most people, overwhelmed with so-so optimism, especially given the current market. I had seen quite a few house previously on my own and had actually given up this year and decided to stop the house hunting altogether. That is, until Chris was referred by a family member. From the beginning he was very attentive to what I was looking for and also what I wasn't. Chris was excellent at zoning in on what I wanted, staying aggressive on the bang for buck, and really making our showings extremely efficient. I appreciated his willingness to show me the ropes, and share knowledge/educate me, all while never making me feel less than for not knowing. Everything I learned I'll take with me forever, and I look forward to sending friends and family his way. Thank you, Chris! We couldn't be more excited.
