We have purchased and sold 8 homes in markets across the United States. Having worked with many agents on both sides of these transactions, we are pleased to say that Chris Rosen is the top agent that we have worked with. Having represented us as both buyers and sellers, we were singularly impressed with the breadth of his strategic real estate knowledge, local connections, and ability to get things done. Chris was extremely responsive, professional and knowledgeable and demonstrated high integrity throughout the search and listing processes. Additionally, Chris was always available and willing to go the extra mile to assist us as clients including, but not limited to coordinating pre or post closing repairs. He was immediately responsive to inquiries, up to and including helping out when a pipe burst at 8pm on a Sunday night in the middle of winter.
