TIffany was always available at a moment's notice. My fiance and I were first-time home buyers and Tiffany patiently guided us through the entire process. We always felt like she was advocating for our benefit, even in this very competitive market. Tiffany was also able to relay the complicated process of purchasing a home into a language that was easy to understand as a layperson. Additionally, her business relationship with a great lending resource made submitting a verified offer very easy. Tiffany also has many connections, so she was an excellent resource for referrals to other professionals (e.g. inspectors, handy-people for repairs, lenders, etc.).
