Stefani was an amazing person to have on my side as I bought my first home. Stefani's vast experience of the industry and the greater Columbus area was evident in how she taught and guided me through the process. She was patient, kind, but also forthcoming in her honest thoughts of the properties we visited (she saved me from making some very poor decisions!). Stefani's availability was more than I could've asked for. Her responses were prompt and consistent. Our viewings ranged from early mornings to late evenings as Stefani worked around my schedule. When I was interested in putting in an offer, Stefani was often spot on in her predictions of what the property was worth as well as how the negotiation would play out. As a long-time professional, Stefani has also built relationships with many community resources to which she referred me to for affordable, high quality work that I needed done both during the process and after securing the home. I could not be happier to have had Stefani as my realtor for my first home and, using her portfolio as an indication of what's to come, I'm excited to have her represent me when it's time for my next step up.
