Mary did a fantastic job for us. We were out of town clients and she went above and beyond performing tasks in our absence. She was also an excellent negotiator. She caught many items in the buying process that could have slipped through the cracks. She always kept the entire buying experience moving along. We were able to trust her completely and knew she had our best interest in mind. Buying a house can be extremely stressful but her knowledge of the real estate market turned it into a delightful experience.

I started the buying process probably like most people, overwhelmed with so-so optimism, especially given the current market. I had seen quite a few house previously on my own and had actually given up this year and decided to stop the house hunting altogether. That is, until Chris was referred by a family member. From the beginning he was very attentive to what I was looking for and also what I wasn't. Chris was excellent at zoning in on what I wanted, staying aggressive on the bang for buck, and really making our showings extremely efficient. I appreciated his willingness to show me the ropes, and share knowledge/educate me, all while never making me feel less than for not knowing. Everything I learned I'll take with me forever, and I look forward to sending friends and family his way. Thank you, Chris! We couldn't be more excited.
