Tiffany Was Outstanding. I was a little concerned because she had never sold a house of this market value but Tiffany quickly stepped up to the challenge and showed she could make it happen. We had a few bumps along the way like with the school district issues but she stuck with it and working in many marketing directions to get it sold. Endless back to back open houses Tiffany hosted and getting on the Fairfield Country Realtors Tour twice, even more showed her drive and passion. Thanks Again.

We had a fantastic home buying experience with Mary Whitt of Cutler Real Estate. We switched to Mary towards the beginning of our home search after receiving sub-par customer service from one of the best-known realtors in the Columbus region. After being told we wouldn't be able to find what we were looking for, we decided to find a realtor who would help us find our dream home. In addition to being knowledgable about the Columbus region, Mary provided amazing customer service and made sure we had a positive home buying experience. I was living on the west coast during our home search, and Mary was kind enough to drive me around Columbus five or six times when I was in town (in rush hour traffic!). We weren't the easiest clients, as we considered building a home at one point during our search only to change our minds back to purchasing an existing home. Mary provided fantastic support and expertise throughout the entire process, despite us being somewhat indecisive. After 3 months, Mary helped us find the perfect home for our growing family and we couldn't be happier.
