We loved working with Chris Rosen and Cutler Real Estate! This was our second time working with him and we couldn't be more satisfied both times. Chris was very responsive with communication, able to accommodate showings with short notice and being flexible with our schedules (including showings during Covid protocols and being patient when we had to bring our 2 young kids to showings as well). Chris is very knowledgeable about the market and current market trends. He did a great job of respecting our budget limits with also helping us to make competitive offers. We would recommend Chris and Cutler Real Estate to anyone looking for a new home.
