My wife and I relocated to the Columbus area and had a bad experience with a realtor in the market prior to being referred to Chris. We could not have been happier with Chris during the entire process. Chris was patient, understanding, available, communicative, and we know we made him work harder for our home than almost any other client he had, and he took it all in stride with a smile on his face. He truly saved our sanity multiple times in a very turbulent market. Moving to a different state without knowing anyone was incredibly difficult, and Chris truly made us feel welcome and comfortable every step of the way, and many times going well above and beyond what other realtors have done for us in the past. We highly recommend Chris and will use him without hesitation in the future!

It's hard to say just a few great things about Chris. In the most recent house we bought with Chris, he suggested that we have a roofer he knew look at the roof to see if there's hail damage. We ended up with the seller paying for 80% of a new roof for the house!
