I'd highly recommend Chris to anyone shopping for or selling a home in Columbus. He visited homes with us most weekends for nearly two years as we tried to narrow down what we wanted. He never complained and was always available when we called, even on short notice. Although I know he has many clients, we always felt like he worked only with us. He also provided great advice based on his extensive experience, advocated strongly for us throughout, and saved us a lot of headaches and regret! When it was time to sell our house, it appraised for the price he suggested, which showed us that he understood the market and didn't try to mislead us by setting unrealistic expectations.
