After engaging your company as my agent, I left for India. I had listed with another company prior to Cutler. Chris did his homework and called the previous prospects' agents who had showed the house. He had a couple of open houses. He kept me abreast of all the feedback promptly in contrast to my previous company agent who never kept in touch with me other than the auto generated feedback.
