She educated us on the current market and what things we needed to do or not do to achieve the optimal sale price for our home. She was able to give honest and respectful critiques and feedback. We were so pleased with marketing brochure and image gallery she created for us. She walked us through the offer process and did an excellent job of negotiating! She followed up with us and with anyone else regarding the home to make sure items were being addressed/taken care of. And through it all she responded to our calls/texts/emails quickly. So glad she was our realtor! Highly, highly recommend!
