TIffany was always available at a moment's notice. My fiance and I were first-time home buyers and Tiffany patiently guided us through the entire process. We always felt like she was advocating for our benefit, even in this very competitive market. Tiffany was also able to relay the complicated process of purchasing a home into a language that was easy to understand as a layperson. Additionally, her business relationship with a great lending resource made submitting a verified offer very easy. Tiffany also has many connections, so she was an excellent resource for referrals to other professionals (e.g. inspectors, handy-people for repairs, lenders, etc.). I learned about Tiffany from her help with my family member's purchase of a house and I will certainly continue the chain by recommending her to my other friends and family members in the area.

We loved working with Chris Rosen and Cutler Real Estate! This was our second time working with him and we couldn't be more satisfied both times.
